Happy mud season! Three quick updates:

The self-service cooler is back up at 432 Watson Hollow (in the driveway, behind the apple tree) for all your spring egg needs.
We’ve got the evaporator running full steam these days, boiling the 1,400 gallons of sweet, clear sap that the mountain maples have gifted us thus far. Come hang out while we boil anytime; it’s always a pleasure to have guests. And we should have plenty of syrup for sale in a few weeks. This year’s crop is garnet red!

3. Does anyone know anyone who wants to purchase some sheep? We will not have enough pasture for all these beautiful ewes and their lambs this summer, so we’re looking to sell some of them before they lamb. Spread the word please!
