Hallow Friends!

The frost has kissed the pumpkins, the leaves are crunchy, and the wood smoke smells cozy. It’s a great time for a crispy roasted chicken dinner!

I will be driving downstate with a truckload of frozen chickens this Thursday, Oct 31st. I will be passing through Nyack and Leonia. It’s been a great season so far and we’re very busy getting ready for the winter, so this is a short communication. I promise to update you on everything that has happened when things slow down a little.
